Yoga found Natalie in 2014, it was a recommended by her osteopath to support the health of her spine and body though the physical ailments she was experiencing. Immediately noticing the physical benefits; and very quickly began to experience the mental, emotional and spiritual growth. Exploring yoga also illuminated self-acceptance and self-esteem. Experiencing as many yogic practices available within the area, Natalie discovered Chakra Yoga; this was a natural fit with her background as a Reiki Practitioner/Teacher, already rooted deep into the chakra systems.
Natalie guides you gently into your inner teacher, allowing the body’s intelligence to show you the way; making your practice your own as you deepen your relationship within self and the body. Her intention is to support your growth, inspiring you to learn from the wisdom discovered on the mat; and anchoring this knowledge into your everyday experiences.
Kirtan/Mantra are infused into Natalie’s practice, these ancient practices inviting a deeper connection to our voice, inner and outer, as well as connecting to a form of meditation that invites us within, into bliss.

This class will consist of a gentle approach; guiding your body into relaxation while building strength and flexibility. Each week we will be flowing in various postures, and having fun with the many forms of meditation and mantra. The yoga sequence is for all levels, taking care of yourself and deeply listening to your body, infused with movement and breath.
